Cordless Electric Mason Jar Vacuum Sealer Kit for Wide-Mouth and Regular-Mouth Jars Fermentation

How to Use:

1. Place the mason jar lid on top of the jar. (Note: This sealer is not compatible with one-piece lids with rings.)
2. Press the sealer down firmly, ensuring it fits smoothly.
3. For enhanced sealing, remove the top mason jar sealer and add a ring lid (ring lid not included).
4. To create a standard mouth seal jar, attach the red arrow on the standard mouth seal converter, align it with the unlock symbol on the main unit, and insert it inside the silicone ring area of the wide mouth seal. Tighten it clockwise.
5. Once the red arrow aligns with the lock symbol, the installation is complete.

Notice:

• Avoid overfilling the mason jar when sealing soft or liquid foods, as less air in the jar improves the seal. Excess air reduces the effectiveness of the sealer.
• Ensure the mouth of the mason jar is clean and dry before sealing. Any water or debris can prevent a proper seal.
• Check that the mason jar vacuum sealer is securely pressed into place to ensure proper sealing.
• If the silicone ring becomes dislodged after frequent use, manually adjust it back to the correct position before use.
• Make sure the electric vacuum sealer is centered and firmly pressed against the jar lid. Click the button to start the vacuum pump, wait for about 40 seconds, and then click the button again to close the sealer.
